Six weeks.

They had been here for that long, and still...the game was continuing.
Yet, it felt like they were finally about to reach the end of it...
Just a little longer. 🗈

Still, things were just the same as they had been the past few weeks.

The goats and servants were still around, and so too were the witches.
Yet, it felt like this week would be the week they would finally get all the pieces to the puzzle.
But...could they solve it?

Only time would tell.

No, no I mean... this conversation is kinda like the one we had in the sitting room. Remember?

Is it? [ He seems to wear an expression that seems a little more fitting on Syaoran's face. A confused expression that would almost make him seem more human if it weren't for the red eyes, and his large black crow wings. ] I do remember, though. I could not possibly forget. I suppose you could say that I am just simply curious.

More like, me not knowing what I'm doing is the same as last time.

[That expression breaks his heart, so he turns back to the books]

I was looking around to see if there are any other books like this one!

... [ Caim hasn't realized that he might have done something wrong, but he does frown a little bit. ] I believe that sometimes, not knowing what you are doing is better. It is more freeing. That is the privilege of a human. I do not think that there are others... although this section does have several interesting books to look at.

Oh? Do you read here a lot? Do demons get sucked in like we do?

Yes, but the book reads like a book.

That's good to know... If I find a book I'm curious about, would you be willing to investigate it for me so I don't get trapped in it?

I do not mind, just as long as it doesn't go against any orders.

There was these-- [ He points out Romeo and Juliet and Bride and Prejudice. ] Since I wanted to read more romance novels. I also read some spy ones. [ And he points out Spy Kids and 007, I'm so sorry about his tastes. ]

[He resists the urge to snicker into his hand]

As a comic yeah, back in the Foundation. I never finished it since it was still being written... but here I bet it's completely done!
