WEEK 6 - LOBELIA

Six weeks.

They had been here for that long, and still...the game was continuing.
Yet, it felt like they were finally about to reach the end of it...
Just a little longer. 🗈

Still, things were just the same as they had been the past few weeks.

The goats and servants were still around, and so too were the witches.
Yet, it felt like this week would be the week they would finally get all the pieces to the puzzle.
But...could they solve it?

Only time would tell.

[ Too easy. Now he's a night owl.

He takes a Belgium Waffle and has a bite. ]

...Look at that, it's already working. [ ... ] There's only one more thing I can think of that'd make it better.

[ He visibly brightens at that. ]

Oh yeah? And what's that?

[rikuchi]

Open your mouth and you'll find out.

[ Waving a Belgium Waffle in his hand. ]

Huh? But I already tried the batter...

[ He will open his mouth anyways for a piece and lean towards Riku. Aaaaaaa ]

[rikuchi]

Really embracing the cooking skills you picked up, aren't you?

[ And there we go holding it out for him to take a bite! ]

Yeah, I figured I should keep at it if I want to get better!

[ He has to impress Little Chef when they get home and maybe impress Riku, too.

Does he trust Riku?

Just going to reach over to hook his hand in his pocket to keep him there as he bypasses to the waffle for a moment to give him a quick peck on the chin.

NOW he'll try to take a bite of the waffle ]

Well, so far so good - you're doing a good job on keeping ahead.

[ Wow, rude??

He'll actually laugh when the other does that. He sees how it is.

But no, after Sora takes a bite of the waffle, Riku will pop the rest into his mouth. Then, he's going to be reaching for another. ]

[ Swallowing the piece, and just keeping his hand there a little longer. ]

You're right, it did need something sweet. Thanks for providing it, Riku.

He'll let go to check on the waffle iron. ]

[rikuchi]

[ WOW ]

...Sora!

[ Gonna give him a light push on one of his shoulders...not so hard so that there is a kitchen accident. But. How dare you fluster him like this? ]

[ If he gets a reaction like this, it'll make him want to fluster him again! Sora doesn't retaliate from the push. Pausing a moment as he sees that face on Riku, before laughing quietly.

Who knew Riku could make these kinds of faces? The same Riku who better at most things and liked acting cool.

Another glance over to the machine before he hooks an arm around Riku again to give him a nuzzle against the side of his face. ]

Who knew you could look cute, Riku!

[ Teasing a bit. ]

[ He's tempted to try to act indignant and ignore Sora, but Riku realizes in the same thought that is a hopeless cause. No one could ignore Sora. ]

If I do it's probably only because some of that is finally rubbing off of me from you.

[ Swinging a hand over to ruffle Sora's spiky hair. ]

[keydomhearts]

Huh? Nope, no way! It's all you.

[ and ur face

He will take the ruffles without a fight. Waffle is done! Time to pull it off the iron. ]

Hey, Riku?

[rikuchi]

Since when?

[ Good. Sora gets all the Riku ruffles.

But hey, leaning back over here watching his boyfriend cook... ]

Yeah, what is it?

[keydomhearts]

Since always.

[ Or at least since Sora actually noticed. ]

I'm glad you're here with me.

[rikuchi]

You must have been imagining it.

[ There's a pause here, though, and he'll just...kind of smile softly at Sora.

They've been lucky, haven't they? He hasn't taken it for granted for sure, and shifts slightly so he can go from hair ruffling to carding his fingers through Sora's hair. ]

...We'll always be together, Sora. No matter what happens.

[ They'll face whatever end, hand in hand, and not even fear would be able to stop them. This is what he firmly believes. ]

[keydomhearts]

[ Tilting his head towards Riku, leaning into that touch a bit. ]

Mmm. I know we will, Riku! And even if we're apart, we share an unbreakable connection, right?

[rikuchi]

That's right. You can even say with a connection with that, we'll never really be apart.

[ Ever. He won't let Sora slip through his fingers. Not this time.

His words are gentle, but firm--he clearly believes and thinks the same as him. After all, they've been 'apart' when they were on missions and saving the worlds. ]

[keydomhearts]

[ Leaning back to just press a kiss against his cheek. ]

Hey, when we get out of here... do you want to just move in?

[ He honestly isn't sure if he'll be able to sleep alone after this. ]

[rikuchi]

[ After that just playfully...booping his nose with a finger before returning the kiss on Sora's lips briefly. ]

...Might as well, right? I don't think I can imagine sleeping without you by my side.

[keydomhearts]

[ And they can have moments like this without the murder hanging over. Crinkling his nose and face for a moment. Then he'll just reach around him to grab on to his waist ]

Yeah, that's how I feel. How else will I sleep without your snoring.

[ Teasing a bit ]

[rikuchi]

[ He'll chuckle when he notices the other crinkling his nose and expression. ]

Probably very badly. My snoring likely does well in help putting you to sleep like a lullaby to a baby.

[ Rolling with it just cuz. ]

[keydomhearts]

[ Shifting his hand slower and then under his shirt to give his side a tickle without clothes obstructing it. ]

I'd also miss seeing your back every day.

[rikuchi]

[ He stiffens a bit to hold back a laugh before playfully slapping at the hand. Wow, Sora! ]

Whatever would you do if you couldn't see my back every day?

[keydomhearts]

[ Moving his hand out to grab that slapping hand. He'll just hold this until he needs to do waffling things again ]

Maybe I should take some pics just in case.
