They had been here for that long, and still...the game was continuing.
Yet, it felt like they were finally about to reach the end of it...
Just a little longer. 🗈

Still, things were just the same as they had been the past few weeks.

The goats and servants were still around, and so too were the witches.
Yet, it felt like this week would be the week they would finally get all the pieces to the puzzle.
But...could they solve it?

...I can't say the same, unfortunately. I have never believed in the rubbish that the devil - or demons - is what causes men to fall to the side of Evil.

Humanity as a whole is rather good at perpetuating homicide and slaughter of it's own accord.

You, on the other hand, are a mere fraud traipsing around in a corpse that doesn't belong to you. You shouldn't even dare to speak to me as one who 'gives knowledge'.

[For a long moment, there seems to be a genuine struggle going on in Moriarty's mind as he faces this demon in his rival's body. His hand clenches and unclenches, the chain of his coffin appearing and vanishing as he weighs the pros and cons.

...and then, ultimately, he lets it go.]

...I refuse. Evil is not some trick to be called on command. It is something that goes deeper - something that must be planned and plotted with absolute certainty...!

Then again, a mere demon like yourself wouldn't be able to comprehend it - not like Sherlock Holmes, the man who's body you're wearing like a cheap suit! How dare you demand such a thing from me, as if we are one and the same!

[Another laugh echoes, but this time there seems to be no mirth to it, as he straightens himself up]

[With that, Caarcinolaas turns, seeming to vanish in thin air, laughter echoing as a door opens by itself]

[Though, he knows his will won't last long. Sooner or later, the demon will push him to a point where he'll retaliate.

...He'll just have to make plans to make sure that they can do it safely, is all.

Though as Caarcinolaas leaves, there's a minor tension in his body language that's all too easy to read.

It would have been horribly fun to let loose, just this once.]
