This was....what happened every friday.
A new body to discover.
But...why was there a scream in the halls...?🗈
It echoed on and on, with the person screaming apparently never needing to stop for breath...
It was a fitting soundtrack to what they'd see today, wasn't it...?
Like what you would hear in hell itself.
So, in the end...they had to search, to find the body and find the clues that would bring them to the killer themselves in tomorrow's trial.
...What kind of horror will they find today?
What kind of death did one of their number face?
And what sort of horrible, heart-rending truth....will be the end result, at the end of this week...?

There's blood pooled under his body - and more than that, it's clear his right arm has been severed.
Sitting up slumped against the wall, which is also bloody...his normally slicked back, black hair messy and hanging down.
Sherlock Holmes is dead.]

[Erhard drops to his knees, staring, unblinking. He doesn't hear anyone approach. There's nothing in the world except the body and the smell of blood and the sickening hole where something should be in his chest.]

Ah...
[ Well. Shit.
... ]
I'm going to investigate, okay? You can do an examination with me now or jump in whenever you're ready to.

[Oh. Erhard's there too. Oh no. Joey's old-fashioned, but she's not an idiot. She knows exactly what it means to see Erhard staring at...that...like that.]
Erhard?
[Joey approaches cautiously.]
Can you hear me?

[She knows better than the touch the guy, but she will try to carefully make herself visible to him while he's staring at the body.]

[Cautiously, she reaches out a hand to put on his shoulder, ready to jump back if he reacts violently.]

[She leaves, then comes back a minute or two later with a blanket from her room to put over his shoulders.]

Auf Wiedersehen....
[And that's the last thing he'll say until the trial.]

Let's check other visible injuries besides the missing arm. ]

As she inspects, she might notice a glint of metal showing from the wounds on his back, though it's hard to tell while he's still pressed up against the wall.]

As we go to turn him around for a look at his back here, tell me what we can infer about the time of death here -- rigor mortis, body temperature, state of the blood? ]
no subject
As she inspects his back, she'll notice the metal is bits of twisted metal imbedded in his back.
Also I realized I had positions wrong earlier, and the stab wounds actually look like they're on his front. DIRECTIONS ARE HARD]
no subject
So do the locations of the metal in his back seem to correspond with the stab wounds on the front then? Like are these the other side of the same wounds or different ones ]
