Another trial, another horrible outcome.

This time, it affected so many people...and yet, they still weren't done.
Who would be killed next?
Would they be able...to handle whatever happened?🗈

Still, things were just the same as they had been the past few weeks.

The goats and servants were still around, and so too were the witches.
It was all becoming routine at this point.
Was that a good thing, or a bad one...?
It was...too hard to tell, now...

...Either way, they were now closer to the end.
So, like always...they had to see it through.

[He looks so embarrassed as he shuffles aside enough for her to see it on the counter: a double-layered chocolate cake with a chocolate-espresso buttercream and fresh strawberries. Her first name is spelled out in English letters with little puffs of buttercream across the top.

He quickly slips the note he was writing into his pocket. It's unnecessary now.]

I... Sora had to help me, I've never baked before, I messed up four of them before he saved me from my own incompetence....

I ruined the surprise?? But it looks sooooo good!

Well, it's not ruined since you didn't catch us working on it.

[He picks up a knife and gets a couple of plates, cutting the first slice for Ann. Of course he makes sure she gets the nicest of the strawberries on top. He passes her the plate and a fork, offering an almost shy little smile.]

I hope it's good. Well, I'm sure it is, Sora definitely knows what he's doing.
