WEEK 5 MINGLE - AMARANTHUS

Another trial, another horrible outcome.

This time, it affected so many people...and yet, they still weren't done.
Who would be killed next?
Would they be able...to handle whatever happened?🗈

Still, things were just the same as they had been the past few weeks.

The goats and servants were still around, and so too were the witches.
It was all becoming routine at this point.
Was that a good thing, or a bad one...?
It was...too hard to tell, now...

...Either way, they were now closer to the end.
So, like always...they had to see it through.

It doesn't have to be a competition, you know. A lot of people dance with other people, not for points in a video game.

[It's not slow, intimate dancing that Joey has in mind, but she does offer Vinea a hand.]

I'm making this up as I go, so don't worry too much.

[She takes it! Dancing together is still dancing together.]

I'll just--follow along, then, I suppose.

[For all that Joey's improvising, she's a good lead, and as someone formally trained, she's not just going to just let her and Vinea be two awkward separate dancers, and holds her informally by the hand most of the time as she imparts her limited pas-de-deux experience. And of course, all else failing, she's fond of twirling her partner as something that's fun but less complicated.]

[Vinea has absolutely no dancing experience, but Karen had some and apparently it carries over well enough for her to keep up. Which is good, because she's determined to keep up, and hold hands, and be twirled a few times.

It's a good evening, is what I'm saying.]
