Another trial, another horrible outcome.

This time, it affected so many people...and yet, they still weren't done.
Who would be killed next?
Would they be able...to handle whatever happened?🗈

Still, things were just the same as they had been the past few weeks.

The goats and servants were still around, and so too were the witches.
It was all becoming routine at this point.
Was that a good thing, or a bad one...?
It was...too hard to tell, now...

...Either way, they were now closer to the end.
So, like always...they had to see it through.

I would think so. It's why drinking is so popular. Maybe this just isn't my flavor.

Perhaps you should find a more appropriate flavor for you. What kinds of drinks do you like?

I usually just drink water or juice.

Um, I shouldn't be drinking alcohol anyway, so. It's fine.

I see. Perhaps something close to either of those two would be better. [. . .] Is there a reason for that?

You aren't supposed to drink if you're under 20. [ sheepishly ]

Um...I think because when you're young, your body doesn't process alcohol in a way that's healthy? Or something like that.
