WEEK 4 - VENUS FLYTRAP

Another week dawned.

But after the events at the trial, more than a few people would have wanted for time to stop still.

In this game, even unshakable loyalties....could be broken.🗈

If that were the case, then what was stopping even more horrible crimes from happening this thursday night?
And they knew they could do nothing to stop it from happening.

...Still, they had to continue the game, until one or both of the Witches admitted defeat, or the game itself came to a close.

Yet, they also felt as if something might change. Some big reveal felt as if it was just around the corner....but for now, it seemed as if they had to play the waiting game.

No matter how awful that felt.

[Kurama will, in fact, take a look at that notebook. He initially meant to just glance in passing, but the equations snag his interest very effectively.

So he pauses to read over everything he can see, making a sound that can really only be described as curious nerd noises.

He has no paper of his own. This is suddenly a problem.]

[SOMEONE MAKING FELLOW NERD NOISES

Moriarty immediately looks at him, noting the look in his eyes. Almost instantly, he removes some paper from his notebook and slides it over to Kurama, in total silence.]

[Kurama hums distracted gratitude and settles into another chair. He starts writing neat lines of letters, numbers, and symbols, taking Moriarty's equations apart bit by bit to properly understand (and admire) them.]

[For someone who understands high level mathmatics, they're practically art. They're complicated, but have underlying straightforward approaches that end up bringing the meaning of the whole equation to light the moment you can understand the underlying principles at work.

...That being said, the 'meaning' seems a little strange, but he seems to be working out something about this situation they've found themselves in, even as he effortlessly jots down more to the equations he's working on and basically adding more meaning to...whatever it is.]

[Oh, that's fascinating. The more Kurama takes it apart the more interested his expression gets. He sets another piece of paper next to the deconstruction one and changes direction, new formulas laying out branching pathways from what he's grasped so far.

Honestly he's been looking at their situation more psychologically than mathematically before this.]
