WEEK 3 INVESTIGATION
Three weeks had gone by, and even with the other Witch being revealed, Friday came.
Waking up on this day began to feel like the prelude to something horrible.
To a horrible sight...and some kind of deep betrayal, knowing that one of them had ended the lives of someone they'd been speaking and laughing with just the day before...🗈

...But, they had no choice. This was the game, and it had to be played - set in motion by the pair of Witches.
No matter how they felt, they had to search, to gaze upon cruel death in it's many forms.
No matter....how dear the person once was to them, today...they would be nothing but a corpse to gleam clues from, in preparation for the trial.
And so...they had to push forward. Forward...to find a terrible truth.

Was Horns just really bad at writing, or something?

[ Here are the notes, buddy! ]
I doubt it. There's something weird going on with what he wrote, but at the same time it's hard to really guess what.

[And, well, they already have Feathers, though the nickname may be mostly retired.
There's so many scribbles all over it. He taps his finger on it and hums a little.]
It seems like a pretty typical farewell letter when somebody is probably afraid of dying! Did he seem like the type of person to do this... [halfway to himself] What did you think was weird, anyway?

Fair, I guess.
[ His expression turns thoughtful. ]
I never got the impression that Akira was the type of person to write fairwell letters - that's why I thought him writing a letter that sounded like one seemed strange. But, it could just be me overthinking it, since I didn't have a chance to get to know him all that well.

[And he hasn't asked her because she's been off somewhere either having a breakdown or doing who knows what, it's fine. They probably shouldn't let him talk to her, anyway. Save Ann 2k19.]
What I'm wondering is, Watanuki's letters were destroyed so... if the murderer is the one messing with these, maybe something else is here!
