WEEK 2 INVESTIGATION
Two weeks had gone by, and Friday had once again come.
As always, they woke up, knowing one of their number was now gone...
It was just a matter of finding their body, now.
No matter what the killer had done to it...a killer that was one of them.🗈

They would have to do that trial again...and would they get the killer right, this time? Or would they condemn another innocent person to die yet again?
...No matter how they felt, they had to search, had to find things that they didn't want to see, dodging the shadow of death.
That...was how this game was played, after all...
...But why...did it feel especially foreboding today...?
((OOC: Characters will need to bold locations to look for clues...or the body!))

[Joey's just kind of doing what the sitting room implies, staring into space. She knows she's supposed to be looking for something, but it's something she'd rather not find, so she's looking for it slowly.]

[she's finishing her cake and setting it aside.]
I was hoping these would be the safe spots... And that someone else would figure out what happened first.
But, now that I've finished my cake... Guess I have no reason to not investigate harder. Dining room and kitchen is clean. Where-to next, huh?

[Well, investigating together is better.]
I don't know where everyone else is looking, but we can check upstairs? There was a room full of weapons, right? If someone didn't want to get creative or use a kitchen knife, it's kinda right there.

Let's go.
[and off to the master bedroom, where Ann won't try to get herself killed this time]

wait.
A gun is missing.]

There was another gun here earlier, right?

[she just. holds up her phone, and takes a picture.]
That's not good...
[she pauses.]
Hey, do you want to check out the servant's room, just in case?

[She might as well check to see if anyone obviously took ammo or any of the melee weapons, just in case.]

is there anything else missing or messed with before she turns to head to her next destination?]

If this is one of those weird crummy adventures where the bad guy is secretly my dad all along I'm gonna kick him with my tap shoes and call child services.
Let's go check the upstairs Servant Room I guess.

Hey... Let's start investigating some rooms.
I don't want what happened last time with the hidden stake.
And we know we're looking for a gun, right?

[She thinks for a second before turning to leave.]
Hey goats, are you the ones who keep reloading the guns?
