All of the guests awoke in their rooms, just like they had before.

Yesterday had been a day of surprises.
First, they'd finally met the person who had brought them here - the Witch of Dimensions, Yuuko.
Secondly, they'd learned they were going to be playing a horrible game.
And most important, they learned that wishes could be granted if they won this game.🗈

Still, for now, it seemed like there wasn't much to do. Was the Witch already in talks with the 'Murderer'? Was the 'victim' already decided upon?

There was no way to know until some day later this week, apparently.

Still, it wasn't all bad. The island was beautiful and the climate just perfect for beachgoing, or taking a cosy walk in the garden. There were also board and card games which would be produced upon request - and the tv in the Sitting Room - to help ease the boredom of it all.

Though, perhaps the guests would prefer to get to know each other instead? On maybe get into some trouble as they roamed the island.

Despite being told someone will die, it...felt remarkably peaceful. Could one of their own really be able to kill someone?

...Or, maybe...this is just the silence that comes just before a massive storm breaks, and sweeps away everything...

[Ah right - it's morning]

It would be around time for breakfast... somehow I'm not surprised this kitchen would make a chef spoiled for choices.

Yeah. And there's something that I need to make for later, too.

Oh? And what would that be?

[He actually steps into the kitchen to nose around, careful to not get in Syoran's way, peering into the various cabinets]

I wanted to make something for the witch-- ah, not the one who's impersonating Yuuko-san, so I asked her what she liked, and she said "something that you'd make a sick friend or sibling on a cold autumn day when they have a cold"... and even then there's a lot of options there.

That is an unhelpfully vague. I'd suggest millet but I think she would not appreciate either one of us if you go with that.

[He laughs]

But that would differ depending on who you ask - if you asked me, 'comfort food' for someone not feeling well is Porridge with honey, Shepherd's Pie, or Leek and Potato soup.

I know back home we'd either have okayu or some sort of noodle soup. But porridge, huh... I think that would be simple to make. Plus, you can probably have bananas with it, too.

[He raised a finger, pointing vaguely in his direction as he kneels to look under the sink to see what kind of poison cleaning supplies there are]

Or raspberries, if they're in season.

Raspberries would sound pretty good...
