It was noon on Friday.

No matter where they were, no matter what they were doing...the moment the chimes rang out through the hall, they felt a change.

The world began to expand, as they felt themselves leaving the world they were on, and towards the world they'd experienced once before. 🗈

Perhaps on another plane, in another place, someone else heard music as they gazed upon the proceedings.

Their forms, just like before, were different now. This was less shocking than it was last time, and yet...

...There was a deep silence in the room, one that no one wanted to break. It was the faint tension in the air, like the moments before a race or a competition begins.

Only this time....this was the last time they would be competing. This was the final week...and the final chance they had at securing their wishes - while denying someone theirs.

It's a strong theory, but I wonder if he would truly use the goat? Perhaps it was a strange young goat?

If a different goat was involved, that would point more to Jack, I think. I could see Takashi taking care of his goat's teeth for sure.

Ah, but Takashi wouldn't want something so directly connected and hard to clean, would he? When there was other furniture ready and waiting.

[She asks this pleasantly, like they're discussing the next day's luncheon. Only she doesn't take luncheons, but it's the principle of the thing.]

Haha, neither. I mean, I guess I could really muddy things up, but it wouldn't really help it, right? I just don't really have a clear theory to toss up about who.

I think it was the one he'd have with him normally, I wouldn't really know if it wasn't, but it's a good guess at this point - it'd probably be easier than getting a new one, and I don't doubt he'd have enough time to clean it up either.

And he was talking about leveling up the little one, wasn't he? Even thought Lunafreya wouldn't have given enough material. But she would have given some.
