[ ...He'll stare at the hand. It's been awhile since he's held hands with someone who wasn't Enkidu or Solomon—probably because he's never really. Naturally no matter how much he treasured Sidhuri's presence, there were obvious reasons that didn't occur there either.

Gilgamesh still would never call anyone ever his friend. Not ever since Enkidu—funny that no matter what's happened, that's still the thing he hadn't gotten over with.

But, for a moment, he considered it; she'd help sort his thoughts out by not being a nuisance and though he'd never thank her for it properly...

He'll reach out and...he'll just put a hand on her shoulder, and turn away from her, letting it drop by his side as he began to guide the way back. ]


There is a reason for that. Unfortunately, everything was thrown into chaos following the events of that trial. It seems we'd been far too complacent regarding the movements of our enemy, and suffered for it.
