RECORDING 5: THE SECOND MURDER

A second week, with it's own answers and questions, has almost passed. The loss of a fellow agent is a hard blow to take - but as everyone went to bed, there might have been the faint hope that maybe that would be the only loss...

Yet, upon awakening, there is that same feeling of dread coiling in your gut, just as it did last friday. That same self-satisfied feeling lingers in the air, and you must pull yourself from your bed...and count your losses.

As you all rise and look towards a new day, the faint traces of Miasma lap at your heels...

...And around whatever corpse now lingers in the hallways...

[Well, there isn't really that much - there's clear signs someone took a shower before any of you, though!

[There are...footprints! Specifically, footprints that seem to be from the dirt on someone's feet.]

[Well, as they approach the greenhouse, they'll notice The whole thing is covered in plants, all of them mature.

They'll have to go fully inside to see more, though.]

well, a few things: footprint sizes? also are the footprints clear, can we tell what kind of shoes they're from, heel-wise or is it like, smudged/dragged, etc?

[Better not have ruined the shower, there is Only One right now and it just got fixed!! Not that it pertains to him, 100%, but Subete is totally going to doublecheck that the shower is like, in one piece and stuff. How recently was the shower used, like, is there still condensation or steam or whatever. Did someone write a smiley-face on the door.

[It's a bit hard to tell given that it's just a dirt bootprint, but it's clearly small footprint with a small stride.

They seem to be coming From the greenhouse and towards the static area.]

Looks like someone got carried away with their gardening.

He's gonna head into the stall furthest from Subete's (gotta respect the bro code!). And then, because I assume we don't want to thread out what goes on in there, to the sink for proper hygiene maintenance, and also to carefully rearrange his stupid mullet into the proper amount of rumples. ]

[It...sure looks like that. As they go inside, the plants, while mature, are in different stages of production. Some have flowers, others have unripe fruit, and there are definitely some tasty looking fruit and veg just waiting to be plucked. Hungry?

However, the area is distinctly disturbed - most likely from the fast growing that happened in this area.

Oddly enough, there's a Raspberry bush growing near the end of the greenhouse, even though it doesn't seem like there'd be a pot there...?]

[The shower has a little condensation - it looks like it was used sometime last night or in the early morning, due to this place being old and not having great ventilation.

Both Stalls and sinks are clear, though. Y'all can do your duty in piece.]

[Dirt falls off pretty quickly off of shoes, but it's enough to get an impression that whoever it was were heading for the bathroom.

I'd say this counts as a little more than just 'carried away'.

[The fruits sure look enticing but this is not the time to have breakfast!!

Also, because I forgot to ask earlier!! Are there any footprints or a trail leading from the inside to where they were standing at the entrance? Because I assume if they're pretty obvious they'd see them and avoid stepping in them.

Either way, he'll glance over at Gin before stepping over to the raspberry bush carefully. And god, I swear if that raspberry bush is growing out of someone...]
