Just a feeling. I don't think most of us are in a state of mind where we would go digging around in other people's belongings for no reason. Besides, there's already plenty of extra ammo and weapons stored out in the open where anyone's free to take them, and we're all trapped in an enclosed space with shared rooms. It'd be hard to hide if word started spreading that there was a thief around.
